BSOD when waking from sleep & hibernate

Hello, I am getting a consistent BSOD when resuming from sleep or hibernate, within 10 seconds. Here are my specs:

    Windows 7 64-bit
Not original, installed through retail disc
    System is 2 years old
OS installation was on 9/14/2011 at 4:54:45 PM

Attached perfmon and BSOD tool output.

Boot into Advanced Boot Options and choose the Last Known Good Configuration option. This should start Windows with the last known registry and driver options that worked.

Enable Driver Verifier. Enabling this should hopefully crash your system and then point to the faulty driver that is causing problems. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Make sure all Windows updates are installed including the latest Service Pack.

Enabled driver verifier, immediate BSOD with uxpatch.sys, removed uxpatch.sys and I could boot again, and no BSOD occured until I slept my computer again. Woke it up, instant BSOD with ndis.sys, removed my wireless drivers, windows reinstalled them, but now I get a BSOD with rasl2tp.sys when I sleep and wake, and I don't know what to do now.

When the dump file point to a windows driver there's only a few things we can do as it suggests something much more complicated than the average BSOD.

Run a chkdsk on the system partition to check for bad sectors or system errors.
    Disk Check

You might also want to run a memtest, just in case.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
    RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Finally, what anti-virus are you using?

Chkdsk reported the volume as clean right off the bat with no checking, memtest86+ ran for 13 passes and had no errors. And the BSOD's seem to have stopped...I don't get it...I didn't make any changes whatsoever, and the BSOD's have stopped. X.x

Edit: Well, I DID reseat my RAM and then it stopped, but I don't think that would do it because I never had a problem with the ram before...

    Just in passing

    Old drivers

    Code:
    ManyCam_x64.sys 3/13/2008 3:46:01 AM
    vncmirror.sys 3/14/2008 1:43:05 PM
    nvflsh64.sys 8/1/2008 2:08:23 PM
    mcdbus.sys 2/24/2009 6:34:07 AM
    GEARAspiWDM.sys 5/18/2009 8:17:04 AM
    PxHlpa64.sys 6/23/2009 7:16:35 PM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

    FIX:

Had a similar problem on my Dell Inspiron 1764. Was crashing when it went to standby. I was getting a ntosknl.exe+7cd40 in the .dmp.

    I booted in Safe mode.
Uninstalled and reinstall the WLAN mini-card driver.
    Rebooted.
    That fixed the problem.

Looks like I spoke too soon.

I reinstalled the wifi driver -- and if I DON'T connect to a wifi network after bootup, it will sleep properly. As soon as I connect to a wifi network -- it hangs in sleep (screen goes blank, but HD keeps spinning for a long time -- then completely shuts down). It also intermittently hangs in hibernate

I did a mem test and everything is good.

    Here's the info:
