Still having BSODs after getting RMAs motherboard back

I had my first motherboard for about a year before it started crashing, BSOD, locking up, USB ports going out until reboot, and finally not booting past POST. I RMAd the board back to ASUS and also picked up another 2 x 2gb of ram (I got a gift card to newegg).

Everything was fine for about 3 or 4 weeks. Then the PC began crashing once more. I know ASUS didn't send me a new board, so by posting here I'm hoping someone can help me make sure it is the board again and not something else. I have a lot of minidumps in the attachment so maybe someone will see a pattern.

Quick spec list
Win 7 x64 (fully updated)
CPU - AMD Phenom2 965
Mobo - ASUS M4N75TD (latest BIOS)
RAM - Mushkin 4 x 2gb (991744)older (996778)newer
Video - Nvidia GTX460
PSU - ZUMAX ZU550W

(I posted on another forum site and no one ever replied, so it's been a couple weeks since I've used my main PC)

The latest is from 3-8-12 is that before or after you installed the replacement board?
Lists x24 ntfs.sys

Whenever I see 24 ntfs listed I check the hard drive for errors first.
Seatools for Dos for Seagate drives
WD Data life guard tools for Western digital drives.
Do you know what drive you have?

parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack

All the dumps are from after I got the replacement board.

Its a WD drive. I will run those tools tomorrow as I am at work at the moment. I will post the results then.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I attepted to boot the PC in hopes that it would not crash in the time it would take to download the WD tools and run them. But it wasn't meant to be.

First time I tried to boot it powered on but nothing appeared on the monitor and there was no system beep (it always beeps once on startup). Held the power button down and tried again, this time it did boot into windows, but blue screened within a minute.
After that it tried to do a system repair when I tried to go into safe mode, and after 'loading system files' and that vista looking boot animation, it blue screened with some hard stop error. (sorry, didn't write it down)
Now it won't boot like the first time. No beeps, but it does power on.

First follow the good advice given by Wrench97 in the following post.

In the event that you can boot from the hard disk again and would like to attempt to recover it, use Advanced Boot Options to select Repair Your Computer and get to the System Recovery Options. Then select the command prompt. Do the following:
chkdsk /r c:
chkdsk /r d:
chkdsk /r e:
chkdsk /r f:
.etc until you get the message that the volume could not be opened for direct access. For any drives that do not give the message:
Windows has checked the file system and found no problems
run chkdsk again as above. In other words, if it says:
Windows has made corrections to the file system
after running the disk check, run the disk check again.

I realize you may only have one disk show up in Windows explorer, but you may have more than one disk through recovery options. This is because the system creates a hidden boot partition (which will be C: in recovery), you may have a recovery partition for your PC that is hidden (which will be D: in recovery), and you will have your primary Windows partition (which may be E: in recovery). A custom PC will likely have at least C: and D: to scan.

Might want to disconnect the hard drive, try to boot.
Do you get the post beep?
Can you enter the bios setup?
Will it boot from the Windows CD with the hard drive disconnected?

Alright, quick update. Tried removing the hard drive but still didn't want to boot. I noticed the red LED that is for Asus's MemOK feature staying lit, so checking the manual it said that the light staying on might indicate a ram issue.
So I took out my older set of ram from the 1st and 2nd slot, and put my newer ram in those slots. It now boots, and I am posting this while on the PC.

But, before anyone thinks that it's just the ram, I have run memtest and windows memtest on both sets of ram twice each. No problems we're ever found. And the MemOK LED does come on until the POST beep, so that could be why it stayed lit before.

I am planning on leaving this set of ram in for now and seeing if it will crash on me. If it stays working for like 5 to 7 days, I will switch out the ram and try again. I will also run the WD Data life guard tools and check the hard drive for any issues.

Their should be a Mem_OK button you press when the light comes on to signal the board to search for configuration settings to make the ram compatible. The Beep indicates the board passed the post tests, if the light comes on it flunked the tests hence no beep.
