Please post a fresh copy of the jcgriff2 reports. Maybe we can find some hints in the Event Viewer logfiles.

    Lot's of these errors:
    Event[337]:

    Date: 2012-04-20T23:07:04.462

    Task: N/A
    Level: Warning
    Opcode: Info
    Keyword: N/A
    User: S-1-5-18
    User Name: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    Computer: Dale-PC

Please uninstall the AICharger software and see if that helps.

Steam has a few errors also. Check your network connections and reinstall Steam.

Most errors in the System logfile point at Microsoft Antimalware. Please:
    - download a fresh copy of Microsoft Security Essentials (MSSE)
    - uninstall the current copy of MSSE from your system
    - check to ensure that c:\program files\microsoft security client\MSESysprep.dll has been removed
    - then immediately install the freshly downloaded copy
    - immediately update MSSE and perform a full system scan.

Lot's of Side-by-side errors pertaining to MSSE also (in the Application logfile).
They primarily point to c:\program files\microsoft security client\MSESysprep.dll as having problems.
Make sure that it's gone before installing the new copy above.

If that doesn't fix it, we'll either have to look at a process monitor log (a royal PITA IMO) or pursue hardware diagnostics.
