BSOD - while installing fraps, youtube video, & while using CCleaner

specs are filled out to the best of my knowledge on my profile. It is a 3 month old computer and I installed windows 7 64 bit. I also freeze up during games like after 10 minutes and today I had a red dotted line running through videos I was watching full screen. I guess that is my video card crapping out.

There are no dump files in your .rar file. Go to the below folder and see if you can find any dumps.
C:\windows\Minidump
