    The BSOD happens randomly. I have verified my memory using memtest and it reports it as O.K. along with all my other hardware. I'm a bit baffled by the whole issue and have spent hours searching for a solution to no avail.

    Related to NETIO.SYS. That usually means the malware app. You have two, which is never a good idea.

    I would remove them both and replace with MSE.

    Kaspersky is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

    How To Find Drivers:
