Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

    Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here.

Several issues. First and foremost the Bonjour service. I would remove it at least to test, and only re-install if you need it for either iTunes, or iPhone.

There is a disk controller error from back in feb, 2012 that should be looked into.

    And this

The speed of processor 5 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 1 seconds since the last report.

I would update tot he newest BIOS> Be sure to make a backup first.
