I have a AMD Phenom 9600 Quad-Core Processor, I ran Memtest for 4-4 and a half Hours and had no errors, but like i said before my Ram and CPU are barley 2 Months old and yea I don't know I was just wondering if my speeds and frequency's where off. yes bot are 1 set and I put 1 in slot 1 and other in slot 3 (that's the matching slots Dimm A1 and Dimm B1) and i don't know if there running in dual channel mode or not. also I Checked C:/windows/minidump there was nothing in there but here are my screen shots 1 of my CPU Tab, 1 of my Memory Tab and then 2 from the SPD tab (1 for slot 1 and 1 for slot 3)

Your memory is running at the correct speed. Is your dram voltage at 1.8? are you using the stock CPU cooler? When using the computer, download Core Temp and keep a watch on the CPU temps. Check your manual again to make sure of the Dimm slots. Your memory should be in dual chanel from what you said. While you are in the case, check again all wiring to make sure everything is connected and securely seated. It has to be securely seated, 1/16" can make a big difference. Also, make sure all your drivers are updated from Asus web site.

CPU-Z reports your memory is single channel. It may need to be in slots A1 and A2 or something different to get dual-channel operation.

if I put in A1 and A2 that's not dual channel then , my Dimm's Go like this A1,A2,B1,B2
A1 and B1 are a Par and A2 and B2 Are a Pair that's at least what i understood from my Manual

Are your modules right next to each other, or is there a slot in between? Based on your motherboard manual, they should be right next to each other in the same color coded slots.

You are correct that A1 and B1 are a pair and A2 and B2 are a pair, but from what I could see in your manual, those are next to each other. I will admit that your manual is confusing and not very clear on this point.

Your Manual says two slots of the same color. Also, Go to Seagate and download Sea Tools the Seagate diagnostic tool and run it on your hard drive to see if there are any problems. Then do the same for your western Digital Drive, download Windig. Also open an elevated command prompt. ( start, type cmd in the search window, right click cmd and select run as administrator) In the window that opens copy/paste sfc /scannow and press enter. If it finds errors you may have to run it several times. You obviously have a problem, we are just looking for what the problem is. Unfortunately, that calls for a lot of patience and a lot of tests.

The lock screen sees random freezes and a hard reset is required.
Hello, at random times the lock-screen freezes and a hard reset is needed. Keyboard light still toggle yet the SysReq + REISUB key combination does not do anything. Where is some syslog for checking why the kernel dumped and find potential solutions? This is windows 8.1, is this a known bug?

ndis.sys BSOD (timing seems random)
I get the BSOD every couple of weeks. Most of the research I've done indicated that it was probably an out of date driver, but I've updated everything I could (at least everything that I'm aware of). I can't pinpoint any specific activity that causes it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
