Random lock ups, freezes during a download and memory timing question

For what it's worth, on my last AMD motherboard (MSI) they actually had it wrong in the manual. When I booted it up and saw "Single Channel" during the POST routine I knew something was up.

Yeah. I had registered the board for warranty purposes and about a month after I bought it I got an email telling me to disregard the manual. Fortunately I had already figured it out.

LOL well that's good, and i Now have my Memory in Dual Channel

But there's a Weird thing when i was looking at the Ram stick it self when i switch them to the right spots they Say 800MHz on the Stick them Self (on both Sticks 2 BTW) and then They Say 5-5-5-18 and 18.V So all that is Right but the 800MHz isn't I don't think mine are running at that?
