bsod when idle or little useage

keep getting the bsod when idle or surfing the net. comes up with atikmpag.sys. i can play a game like lol for an hour and it doesnt do it but sitting here typing this it happens to me. its only when running eyefinity with 3 monitors, doesn't do it with 2. i have 2 dvi to vga adapters and a display to vga adapter (the one off the amd website). it doesnt matter if i am overclocked or not, temps don't seam to make a difference. when i am running 2 in eyefinity it has the amd screen flicker when ocd. if you need more info let me know and thanks for the help! have tried reinstalling windows and ati drivrs from 11.0 to 12.3 amd no change

    Problem Devices:
    Code:
Broadcom 802.11g Network Adapter	PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4320&SUBSYS_70011799&REV_03\4&2B4059EA&0&30A4	This device is disabled.
This was probably intentional and nothing to worry about...

These are all stop 0x116 VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE conditions.

It's not a true crash, in the sense that the bluescreen was initiated only because the combination of video driver and video hardware was being unresponsive, and not because of any synchronous processing exception.

Since Vista, the "Timeout Detection and Recovery" (TDR) components of the OS video subsystem have been capable of doing some truly impressive things to try to recover from issues which would have caused earlier OSs like XP to crash. As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends the video driver a "please restart yourself now!" command and waits a few seconds. If there's no response, the OS concludes that the video driver/hardware combo has truly collapsed in a heap, and it fires off that stop 0x116 BSOD.

If playing with video driver versions hasn't helped, make sure the box is not overheating. Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU. Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference. If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling.
