    BSOD netio.sys error

I am getting a BSOD from time to time and I have only had the computer for a couple of weeks. It seems like it happens most often when I am downloading.

    This is my system:
    Acer AX1930-ES10P Desktop
    2.7GHz Intel Pentium G630 processor: L3 Cache
    4GB system memory
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

    See attached minidump file.

Thanks in advance to anyone for the help.

Related to netio.sys. Usually when that happens it is caused by the malware application. I your case the McAffee is probably the cause.

McAfee is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST!

    Thank-you.
Since I replaced McAfee with Microsoft Security Essentials I have not seen the BSOD.
    Help was extremely apreciated.
