| | yes i do have them both installed, and about the bluetooth if i delte the software and "erase" bt from my laptop would it help? |

| | Having them both installed is not really smart this can cause problems like you are having now remove AVG and use MSE at least to test. Try to find your drivers using 'Google'. |
