Recent Computer Crashes

Recently my laptop has been crashing (having the blue screen). This has been happening around once every two days for some time now. I have anti virus software and it never comes up with bad scans either.
What can I do about this? I am very computer illiterate so any suggestions please be specific on how to fix it.

Thank you for any help!

Problem Devices:
Code:
Photosmart D110 series	ROOT\IMAGE\0000	This device is disabled.
Photosmart D110 series	ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0000	This device is disabled.
Deskjet 3050 J610 series	ROOT\MULTIFUNCTION\0001	This device is disabled.
Do not see anything irregular about the above.

Security Software (this is just a check that it is installed and working properly; nothing needs to be done with this information at this time):

The following may also come in handy:
Code:
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Inspiron N5010

Your latest crash report was in December... Make sure your .dmp files are being generated correctly. Use OPTION TWO step 2. in Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD to setup your minidump folder to gather the requested .dmp files during the next crash.
