| | Hp pavillion dv1000 special edition laptop S# CNF6180M1S When I turn on my laptop, it goes to the i type in the username (password) then it gives me an error "this application has failed to start because WININET.dll was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem" when i hit the "ok" it is just blue screen. I dont have the disk to reinstall anything, what should I do to fix my laptop? please help Russ |
