A single memory dump doesn't tell us much. Luckily there's a lot of them in the uploaded jcgriff2 report. You've been experiencing 2 or 3 BSOD's a month since last summer! I'll start by running all the 2012 memory dumps (12 of them).....

Unknown USB device/devices in perfmon /report. Do you have any idea of which device this could be? I suspect your USB 3.0 drivers.
Built in USB devices are likely to be the Media Card reader, the front USB ports, and the USB 3.0 ports.
You also have a USB Logitech LX710 Cordless Desktop Laser
I only see one USB port set in dxdiag, so I presume that the other USB port set (and I presume it's the 3.0 one) is missing.

EVGA Precision (along with Riva Tuner and MSI Afterburner) are known to cause BSOD's in some Win7 systems. Please uninstall it immediately.

Memory dumps are suggestive (but not definitely) of a hardware problem. Let's keep this in mind for followup diagnostics (for now we'll just watch it).

System is slightly overclocked (66 mHz) - please ensure that the system is set to stock values and any "Turbo" mode stuff is disabled (most likely in the BIOS, but possibly in Windows).

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ

Please update your chipset drivers from here (they date from 2009): NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56 WHQL

Please update your Logitech QuickCam driver - as it dates from 2009. FWIW - I seem to recall difficulties in updating this driver for Win7 (I installed XP in order to use it in my home surveillance system). If you can't find Win7 drivers, uninstall it and remove the device from the system while we're testing.

Please update your Realtek High Def Audio drivers from here (they date from 2009 also): Realtek

First a BIG THANK YOU for taking time to help me Appreciated
Unknown USB device/devices in perfmon /report. Do you have any idea of which device this could be? I suspect your USB 3.0 drivers.
Built in USB devices are likely to be the Media Card reader, the front USB ports, and the USB 3.0 ports.
You also have a USB Logitech LX710 Cordless Desktop Laser
I only see one USB port set in dxdiag, so I presume that the other USB port set (and I presume it's the 3.0 one) is missing.
My sd card reader..it stops working from time to time
EVGA Precision (along with Riva Tuner and MSI Afterburner) are known to cause BSOD's in some Windows 7 systems. Please uninstall it immediately.
    Removed

Memory dumps are suggestive (but not definitely) of a hardware problem. Let's keep this in mind for followup diagnostics (for now we'll just watch it).
Had issues with the Nvidia 9500 GS
System is slightly overclocked (66 mHz) - please ensure that the system is set to stock values and any "Turbo" mode stuff is disabled (most likely in the BIOS, but possibly in Windows).
How do i do this need bit more info(will be reading to understand a bit more)
Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Windows 7 systems (mostly due to the sptd.sys driver).
Please uninstall the program, then use the following free tool to ensure that the troublesome sptd.sys driver is removed from your system (pick the 32 or 64 bit system depending on your system's configuration): DuplexSecure - FAQ
    Removed it..
Please update your chipset drivers from here (they date from 2009): NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56 WHQL

Please update your Logitech QuickCam driver - as it dates from 2009. FWIW - I seem to recall difficulties in updating this driver for Windows 7 (I installed XP in order to use it in my home surveillance system). If you can't find Windows 7 drivers, uninstall it and remove the device from the system while we're testing.

Please update your Realtek High Def Audio drivers from here (they date from 2009 also): Realtek

    updated and uninstalled camera driver

    Should i remove and how

1 - remove SD card reader (at least temporarily). Intermittent problems mean we can't reliably diagnose it. Disconnecting it will remove that problem. Unplugging it from the motherboard is the best thing to do (that also rules out the cabling as a problem).

2 - don't forget to update Chipset drivers from here: NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56 WHQL

3 - don't forget to update Audio drivers from here: Realtek

4 - removing the slight overclock. The overclock itself isn't a concern, but the program that does it may be causing issues. If you do all the other stuff, this isn't a worry right now.

5 - 3RD PARTY DRIVERS are just a list of what was in the memory dump. DO NOT remove them as it'll cause big problems for you (the system may not even boot)!

    6 - monitor for further BSOD's

Interesting error, usually it's caused by a 3rd party driver, but in this case it appears we're looking at hardware issues (although that's not 100% certain with these errors).

Try running Driver Verifier according to these instructions: http://www.carrona.org/verifier.html
We may want to try different instructions depending on the results you get.

Your networking drivers date from 2009. Please update your chipset drivers from this link: NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56 WHQL That should update the networking drivers for you (they're built into the chipset driver package).

I'm figuring that this is a hardware problem, but please upload another jcgriff2 report so we can be sure.
Then start running the free hardware diagnostics here: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
