Random BLSC 0x50 New Computer, New Install; Random Program Crashes.

Hi, I've built a cheap box for my brother's birthday and It's having trouble with random program crashes and Blue Screens. I can't seem to find what's causing it, I thought it might be graphics drivers because it prolongs the bsod sometimes when I reinstall drivers and Catalyst Control Center crashes every time I open it, but I'm not sure.
Code:
- x64
- Original OS
- Retail Version
- Less than a week since installed.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.
RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Enable Driver Verifier. Enabling this should hopefully crash your system and then point to the faulty driver that is causing problems. However before you do, it is advised that you create a system restore point and backup first.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

You have McAfee installed, is that correct? At least to test, uninstall it and install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) instead.
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

The following drivers need to be updated:

Code:
athrx.sys Wed Jun 10 04:06:49 2009
Rt64win7.sys Thu Feb 26 20:04:13 2009
These drivers can be found by searching them in Google and then finding the associated software or driver. Finally, find the latest version of this driver or software and download and install it. Some of the drivers may also be found here (if the driver says 'Windows Update' simply make sure all Windows Updates are installed).

You should also update any other drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset etc.

Make sure all Windows updates are installed.

Update to the latest service pack.

Okay, I tried running verifier, went through all the steps, and restarted and got another 0x50. Probably the Wlan Card. So I got another Wlan card and tried that, It got the same 0x50. So I tried running with no Wlan Card and it ran okay, but when I tried to run verifier again, I got a 0x1A Memory_Management BSOD.

Extra Information:
I may have installed windows wrong, I erased the default partition setup on the drive before installing windows and when windows started the final part of it's setup where you create a user and give your computer a pc name, i accidentally pressed some key combination that brought me to a warped login screen with a query for both user and password. there were no users and no way to get back to the setup screen so I booted to safe mode with console and enabled the administrator account to create a new user, then I disabled the administrator account.
