Latest dump .
This time , i change my RAMs with the one of my friend . And i gave him my RAMs , he never get any BSOD with any of these pairs of RAM . So i guess , RAM is out of the question
Could it be my mainboard ? Or my HDD ?
I don't know what to do next ....

Ok , 30 minutes later , another Reset , but time time , i can't turn on my COmputer at all . When i press the power button , the light and Fan works , but the mainboard doesn't seem to boot , Keyboard and Mouse don't have power , when i press Power button and Reset button , nothing happen , have to turn off the computer by unplug it , or press the power switch on PSU . And the light on the monitor is always orange . I gave up on it
Next Morning , gladly , it works again ...
Look like i have some serious hardware problem , not software anymore . Any ideas ?

Thanks for your reply .
I already did many hardware test myself before posting here . most of my hardware temp is under 60oC , My VGA can get to 63oC when test with Furmark , but its a good temp . But i had some artifacts with my VGA , about 3 times for 1,5 year . The last time it happen is when i finish booting windows , the screen turn to purple , it was 1 month ago , then never see that happen again . I never get artifacts while playing heavy load games ( Metro 2033 , Crysis 2 v..v...)
Prime95 , i ran it many time , but no crash . After the last crash , my computer is fine until now .
Now i'll test my Video memory with the software you mentioned above . Thanks for your reply ! Hope i can find the cause soon .

You're welcome. Let us know how the video memory tests go.

You also did not mention whether any PSU testing has been done yet. Let us know if you have done or plan to do PSU tests.

how can i test my PSU ? I don't have a friend that got a PSU that can match the one i'm using . Can i do that test alone with my PSU here ?
BTW , The GPU Memory test has completed with no errors for ~ 20 pass
and BTW . My HDDs , i have 3 of them in my computer . The one contain OS and the Hitachi 500GB is OK .
But the 1TB one is troublesome . It has 4 Problem , I checked with HD Tune Pro

1.Reallocated Sector Count : 39 39 5 1283 Warning ( Current Worst Thresh-hold Data Status )
2.Reallocated Event Count : 38 38 0 1294 Warning
3.Current Pending Sector : 100 100 0 3 Warning
4.Ultra DMA CRC Error Count : 200 200 0 6 Warning

The best way to test is to replace the PSU with a borrowed one... If you are unable to do so, you can take it to an electronics store and ask them to test it, or if you have the equipment, you can test it yourself by following the PSU Testing instructions.

I would recommend removing the troublesome drive from the system and seeing if it increases stability, just to test.

For 2 days , the system is stable , no crash at all . I still keep the PSU and the troublesome HDD . Only change is lowering my RAM bus down to 1333 from 1600 ( Auto mod of Mainboard , 1600 must be set manually )
If i have BSOD or reset again , i will remove the HDD , Next will be PSU .

What kind of processor do you have? If it is AMD, it may not support 1600. Since you did not fill in your system specs in your profile, it is difficult to know what system you have and what steps to suggest... System Info - See Your System Specs
