BSOD when 10 users or above

This server can not handle more than 10 users to access the services on it

Kaspersky is a frequent cause of BSOD's.
I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST.

Please run the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and then update to SP-1

There was only one crash in April. The previous were from February.
This one was Related to dc21x4vm.sys DC21x4 Based Network Adapter Driver For Virtualization from Microsoft Corp. Yours is from 2006 and needs to be removed.
Please follow JMH's suggestions to remove Kaspersky and update to SP-1
