Ok, so recently i changed my OS to Windows 7 Professional 32 bit, i had XP installed for 5 years or so. The PC is old(more than 6 years) so i got it cleaned and after istallling 7 its running really well but 2 or 3 days ago this BSOD's started to happen.

    Specs:
    Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz
    3 GB RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
Im currently using only Microsoft Security Essentials

Three different apparent causes. Probably related to drivers as old as 2002. They need to be updated before we can investigate further.
    Code:
    es1371mp.sys 6/3/2002 2:18:31 PM
    cmuda.sys 5/12/2005 2:21:06 AM
    SCDEmu.SYS 8/6/2007 8:15:06 PM
    nv4_disp.dll 5/16/2008 5:41:04 PM
    nv4_mini.sys 5/16/2008 5:45:57 PM
    Rtnicxp.sys 5/30/2008 11:12:11 AM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads
