I have a Blue Screen error I think the problem is in "dxgkrnl.sys"
I had this problem once before but it disappeared spontaneously and I didn't give attention to it
but now i have it again and it really annoys me !!
when I turn on my PC it load once just before the welcome screen and a blue error screen appears then it restarts again
then when the OS load this message comes up
Windows has recovered from unexpected shutdown

I've reinstalled my OS twice
it works well then after a while this problem comes up again!!
I've downloaded a tool named "BlueScreenView" it showed that there is an error with the file "dxgkrnl.sys"
here's a print screen for the tool analysis
I've searched Drive C:\ for the file and I've found it in 2 places
C:\Windows\System32\drivers
C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-lddmcore_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_09ee9e0dfa2c4fbd
I've tried to delete it but it didn't !!
I don't know what to do please help me to get rid of it
I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
