Regular BSOD, sometimes during media playback, sometimes randomly

My pc often BSOD in recent months, finally managed to get error reporting to work, so I have now complied the info required.

PC spec:
Windows 7 Professional x64
Intel Core i5 2500K Unlocked
Asus P8Z68-V PRO Z68 Socket 1155
8GB (2x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Blue
Geforce GTS 250
Coolermaster v8 cooler
Kingsto 96gb SSD
700w modular PSU

I hope someone can interpret the info attached

The dumps point AiCharger.sys as the probable cause.
Update your driver (AICharger.sys)

Get this in the Downloads: ASUS Ai Charger+ V1.00.06 for Windows XP/Vista/7 32bit & 64bit.
