Can you upload your msinfo32.nfo file? To get this: Start Menu -> Type msinfo32 into the Search programs and files box -> When it opens, go to File, Save -> Save as msinfo32.nfo and save in a place you will remember -> Let it finish the process of gathering and saving the system info -> Right click the .nfo file, click send to compressed (zipped) folder -> Upload the .zip file here.

That file will provide any problem devices that need a driver. The drivers Windows installs are sufficient for most devices. The only things it usually does not include are chipset drivers and graphics drivers. It also may miss memory card drivers for SD cards. Best to see what devices are missing before installing any of these first, though. The less you install, the better, as you said.

Well she blue screened. With only MS Silverlight, the Nvidia Drivers and my USB Asus drivers installed... Here are the dump files, as well as the msinfo file you asked for writh.

Thanks

It just went BSOD three times in the past hour. Here are the logs. I'm at a loss.

A friend is saying I need to remove every single part and reinstall them one by one, starting with the Mobo/CPU. Is this honestly the best thing to do? Could a loose screw be causing this?

I'll install the drivers for those immediately.

Thanks.

You seem to have forgotten to attach the logs.

If you re-install all parts including the CPU, you will need to re-apply thermal paste to the CPU and heatsink after properly cleaning it. Thermal Paste and How To Use It

Also, refer to post #24 in this thread.

I'm now getting an error when I attempt to zip up the logs. It says I don't have access/permission.

Makes no sense, the Security settings are all set to allow access... and I'm on the admin account, which hasn't been reset to guest. Ghost of DIY computing?

Try following the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html.

Were you trying to zip up the logs within the Windows directory? You would need to COPY them elsewhere first since they inherit permissions from the Windows directory, and the Windows directory has security permissions set to prevent tampering.

Yeah I was. I could of sworn I was doing this earlier, but since the reformat it has not allowed this.

Sorry, thanks for the heads up.

Most recent crash indicates your Intel graphics; the drivers appear to be corrupted. The previous indicates a graphics issue related to memory_corruption. I suspect an issue related to the RAM or motherboard at this time.

Copy.

I just went BSOD mid driver-install. It occured to me that I had installed the drivers you recommend I install yet as I was running the perfrom test.

It then BSOD'ed before I could even get to the desktop while the computer was booting.

So from here I guess I will take out one stick, run it see what happens. Then try it with the other stick. If it happens with both, we know it's the mobo?

Unfortunately right now it's stuck in startup repair... not sure what to do now.
