New problem - Not getting a POST beep

Don't say that, I'll end up back on here in 6 months complaining about my new Ez Cool PSU haha.

You have a relatively low spec system that doesn't use much power.

What PSUs can you find from your suppliers in the 300 to 450 watt range, from these brands, in your price range: Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX?

EZ Cool is a fake name of some kind. I'll guarantee you it wasn't made by "EZ Cool". Another EZ Cool may work fine, but why increase your risk unnecessarily?

The CPU heat sink and cooler isn't going to be the issue as your not posting to it yet. But do please see if you can wiggle the Northbridge or Southbridge heat sinks. The NB heat sink if loose will not let the system post to the CPU till it's in good contact. Likely you checked this but just want to make sure you weren't thinking I was discussing your CPU cooler.

Apologies, I misread your first post. Just checked the NB and SB heat sinks and they both seem pretty tight, no play in either of them at all really

ignatzatsonic, thanks for your recommendation I plan to take a trip down to that store tomorrow so I will make a note of that PSU and see if they can confirm that is the source of the problem for certain
