Random restart and no error screen

Hello! For the past two months or so my PC has been randomly restarting with no notice. This can happen when I'm playing a game, working on a word doc in OpenOffice, or browsing the web using Firefox or Chrome. It displays no error message besides the "Windows did not shut down properly" upon restarting. It seems to happen at least once a day. Sometimes it happens shortly after the computer starts up. Other times it happens hours later.

I've attached my dump file to this post. Could anyone help me try and sort this out? Let me know if I should provide any more information.

    My Specs:
    - Windows 7 x64
    - the original installed OS on the system? - Yep
    - an OEM or full retail version? - Full Retail
    - What is the age of system (hardware)? - Roughly 14 months
    - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) - Roughly 14 months

    Thanks!

These were virtaully all the same and Related to usbfilter.sys USB Filter Driver from Advanced Micro Devices Inc. I would re-install newest available.

Thanks! I've updated the chipset drivers and now I guess I'll just have to cross my fingers and wait.

Sounds like a plan. Good luck

It seemed okay for a few days. But unfortunately, it's back to the random shutdown and has been doing so at least daily (sometimes several times a day) the last few days. Just did it again maybe half an hour ago. I've attached another dump log.

    Thanks for looking!

Random shutdowns without a blue screen are generally hardware related, but occasionally, application or service conflicts, corrupted Windows files, and viruses can cause them. Recommend checking for the latter first.
