BSOD - Driver_power_state_failure

Recently had a BSOD crash that read Driver_power_state_failure. Blue Screen View locates the problem at: ntoskrnl.exe/ntoskrnl.exe+7cc80. error code: 0x0000009f. Attached is my crash report and the health report. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

-Windows 7, x64
- original OS
- OEM
- age of OS and installation: approx. 9 mos.

P.S. I could not upload the SHR as an html. from what I could tell, everything passed or seemed to be in order. file:///C:/Users/Maison/Documents/SHR.html

Related to taphss.sys Hid Driver from Saitek. I would remove it at least to test

found it...sorry, never mind. is deleting it from the windows/system 32 registry enough to "remove" it?

You are better off if you remove the program that uses/installs it, but if all else fails you can simply rename it to *.bak so it cannot load.

Out of curiosity, is there any way to know why this particular driver? or if this points to a larger issue?

BSOD's are always a combination of things. You may have recently installed something that has no connection to the issue but in combination with the aforementioned driver combine to cause a crash.

As to a larger issue if you stop crashing it isnt, if you continue it may be.
