That's not good. It probably would have been best to send it in to acer and let them narrow down the problem. I assume you broke the sticker that voids the warranty?

I would LOVE to do that, TRUST ME but the only problem is ACER is full off dumb ass people. I called the support and he told me to do all this stuff I done that previously like 2-3 times (re-install windows) and it didn't work I told him I have tried everything told him everything I have done he didn't even listen and just told me to reinstall it anyway that would fix it and hung up.

Onboard graphics takes memory from the RAM. Your graphics card has dedicated memory and shared memory with the system, but it should not affect how much RAM shows up as available to the system. I have 8 GB available on my system, and my Windows Experience Index (WEI) information shows the following
Code:
Display adapter type NVIDIA GeForce GT 520M
Total available graphics memory 4095 MB
        Dedicated graphics memory 512 MB
        Dedicated system memory 0 MB
        Shared system memory 3583 MB
  Display adapter driver version 8.17.12.6893
  Primary monitor resolution 1920x1080
  DirectX version DirectX 10
However, it also shows:
Code:
Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
What does your WEI show? You can access the same information I did through Start Menu -> Right click Computer -> Properties -> Click the link to Windows Experience Index -> Click the link to View and print detailed performance and system information

OH and also what I found out when I opened the PC is that I only have 1 TB HDD but for some reason its split into two different HDD in my Computer? Drive C and Drive D. Why is that and could that potentially be the problem?

*EDIT*

Why is Drive D My Primary? is that normal? ive got NOTHING on that drive?
Attachment 210416

And also i got
6GB ram
4.51GB available Ram
12gb Virtual Ram.
10.3gb available Ram

what is virtual ram ? and how come i cant access 1.5gb of my ram? Here Look at my MSINFO32.

It CANT be my Wireless Adaptor Because i disabled it when i was using wired connection. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM COULD BE OMG. I really Dont want to give acer my computer.

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 6.00 GB
Total Physical Memory 6.00 GB
Available Physical Memory 4.49 GB
Total Virtual Memory 12.0 GB
Available Virtual Memory 10.3 GB
Page File Space 6.00 GB

Everything looks good above. 6 GB is available and accessible. What makes you think you cannot access 1.5 GB of RAM?

acer typically creates two hard disks. The D: drive is meant for data such as movies, music, etc. for the user. The C: drive contains Windows. The drive setup is a little strange, but nothing to be overly concerned about.

Try contacting acer again. It could be last time you just got a bad apple within their support. You may get a more cooperative person the next time. Also, I've found talking to support that going out of my way to be cordial and respectful gets better results than when I am frustrated and rude to a support representative. Sometimes, it is best to sleep on it before contacting so your mind is clearer and your frustration has had a chance to ebb a bit.
