Computer lags every a few minutes, no sign of BSOD

My computer lags every few minutes:
    the cursor stopped moving
the sound repeats the bit it is playing at that moment
    and the screen freeze
for up to 3 seconds, and continue to run after without having any signs of error.

Anyone had solved some similar problem? please help.

sfc /scannow passed with no error
chkdsk c: /r /x passed wit no error
I have genuine Norton Internet Security running on my computer, so there is not likely a malware or virus.

Ran Driver Verifier again in normal mode and it gave me BSOD even before logging in is possible, so I re-uploaded the jcgriff2 result.

Please fill in your system specs which travel with you. Thus, they are available without having to search thru the thread.

    Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (3rd item in the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec
    (left-hand column)

To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) orSIW or System Info

Add the word laptop or desktop or netbook to the
    “system manufacturer” block, for example,
    Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.

Provide full windows version info, for example:
    MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit

Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc

Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.
    ==========================================

100% disable your Norton software and see if the problem doesn't vanish.

I realize this is a temporary action and a complete solution will be needed.

I searched for sonic solutions on wikipedia and found a list of product and I only previously installed DivX player and should be completely removed, so I guess some other softwares uses the same driver, which maybe difficult to find out.

Tried disable Norton and it still lags.
