    MEMORY_MANAGEMENT : Blue Screen error

    Hello,

I was just browsing the internet and left the laptop on for 5 mins to complete a chore. I come back and the laptop was in sleep mode. I pressed F1 to wake it and the suddenly got the blue screen with the error msg: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT.

I have attached the zipped dump file from the Minidump folder below. This is a brand new one laptop (bought it a monh ago & use it just for browsing about twice a week). Its a Lenovo G570 , Intel Pentium B960, 2.20GHz, Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit.

Please can someone hv a look at the Minidump file and guide me??? I am freaking all the more now, since this is a new laptop.

    Thanks.

    Naymit,

    * Do a System File Check
    Option 2

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    * If that IS a brand new Laptop as you stated I presume it is under some form of Warranty.

A new computer should not be presenting with the problems you have listed - & we volunteers should not be putting at risk the rights,YOU, the consumer has under that warranty...
Be aware that attempting any subsequent hardware troubleshooting steps may, in some cases, void your warranty.

I strongly suggest that you should seek further advice asap.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The "sfc scannow" command gave no error results. repeated it a few times. Still nothing.
