Still points to an I/O error. It's either:
- hard drive(s)
- cables
- motherboard (controller)
- PSU
Run chkdsk /r /f from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt. Let us know if any errors show up: Quote: CHKDSK /R /F:
Run CHKDSK /R /F from an elevated (Run as adminstrator) Command Prompt. Please do this for each hard drive on your system.
FWIW - I know that the /F is supposed to be redundant, but I prefer to have it run anyway.
When it tells you it can't do it right now - and asks you if you'd like to do it at the next reboot - answer Y (for Yes) and press Enter. Then reboot and let the test run. It may take a while for it to run, but keep an occasional eye on it to see if it generates any errors. See "CHKDSK LogFile" below in order to check the results of the test. Elevated Command Prompt:
Go to Start and type in "cmd.exe" (without the quotes)
At the top of the Search Box, right click on Cmd.exe and select "Run as administrator" CHKDSK LogFile:
Go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Expand the Windows logs heading, then select the Application log file entry.
Double click on the Source column header.
Scroll down the list until you find the Chkdsk entry (wininit for Windows 7) (winlogon for XP).
Copy/paste the results into your next post. Then run the hard drive test again. Use the bootable CD version of the test - not the test that runs inside Windows.

i have not had another BSOD but i was looking at my motherboard manual and i noticed there is a few things different that what i believe to not be default so is there a possibility that some wrong settings are causing my bsod's because if i REALLY have to i can reset CMOS and set BIOS settings to default but im Worried i may have to re-install windows because im running in AHCI mode and i think IDE is default setting which if it is it would cause me to BSOD since i installed Windows 7 in AHCI Mode but if worst comes to worst i will reset cmos and bios set it to optimized defaults in bios and reinstall windows and activate and reinstall my programs if BSOD's become very persistant because i want to use that as a last resort setting because i am very positive that my Hard drive CPU GPU and Cables Drivers and Chipset Bios are up 2 date and stable the PSU im not so sure about because if i disconnect the power and reconnect it after pushing power on the computer turns on for a second and back off does this 2 times and then power's on normally but it will only power off and back on Twice if it get's Disconnected from the wall or if power goes out i think. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number ECS OS Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 CPU Intel Core i7 920 @ 2.67 Ghz 2.9 Ghz Turbo Clock Motherboard ECS x58B-A Memory 6GB OCZ Gold Edition Triple Channel Graphics Card Asus 7850 2GB Edition Sound Card On Board Monitor(s) Displays Samsung Monitor Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Cooler Master Quickfire TK Cherry Mx Blues Mouse Razer Naga PSU Corsair CX 750 Watts Case Fractal Define R4 Cooling 1x140mm Front Intake Fan 1x140mm Exhaust Fan Hard Drives 120GB OCZ Vertex 3 SSD Internet Speed Wired Ethernet 15 PING 25.00 Mbps Download 1.00 Mbps Upload Antivirus Avast 8 Free/Windows Firewall Browser Google Chrome Other Info Just ask me if i missed something |

"If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" DO NOT reset the BIOS just yet.
FWIW - you can write down the settings in the BIOS and then (if you so choose) reset it to default.
That way, if it makes things worse you can set it back to the original settings. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home built (x64), Lenovo x61s Tablet, Samsung Netbook OS Win7 x64 + x86 CPU Intel i7 920, other Intel chips, and the Atom in the netbook Motherboard Asus P6T Deluxe Memory 12 gB; 4 gB Lenovo; 1 gB Samsung netbook Graphics Card ATI 4870 Sound Card Yes, I have one of these Monitor(s) Displays 32" Sharp Aquos TV Screen Resolution 800x600 - I have vision issues Keyboard Microsoft Natural Mouse Logitech Trackman PSU 1000 watt (can't recall the brand) Case Antec 300 Cooling Big honking cooler that was rated highly at Toms Hardware Hard Drives 4 - 150 gB Velociraptors in RAID 5

Nothing significant in the memory dumps - it's either hardware or Windows (I think that you've taken care of all the 3rd party driver issues).
If you're unsure, run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
Beyond that, run all the hardware diagnostics here: Hardware Diagnostics
