Yes, that's the correct MemTest download. Please run it overnight.

MemTest86+ tests RAM more thoroughly than Prime95 or OCCT - but Prime95 and OCCT stress the RAM more than MemTest86+

Overnight is generally at least 8 hours - although at work overnight is 10 - 12 hours.
The point here is to get a whole bunch of tests done without interfering with your use of the computer.

In other words, the longer you can run it - the better it is.

What were the results of the tests that you ran (Memtest and OCCT tests)?
Have you run the rest of the hardware tests from here: Hardware Diagnostics
If so, what were the results?

Network driver dates from 2009, please update it. http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=Rt64win7.sys

Antivirus program shows a heavy presence in the memory dump. Please uninstall it and then install one of the free antivirus's here (for testing purposes): Free AntiVirus

Memory dump doesn't show a firm hardware/software cause. I presume hardware because of the other symptoms that you've described.

    - Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
3RD PARTY DRIVERS PRESENT IN THE DUMP FILES
    Code:

    For the ECS Motherboard:
Use chipset driver from Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com )
Use LAN driver from Realtek ( Realtek LAN Driver )
    RAID drivers:
    - Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) from Intel Download Center ( http://downloadcenter.intel.com )
    - JMicron driver from JMicron ( JMicron Driver )
Audio drivers from Realtek ( Realtek Audio Driver )
