Error code 0xc00007b All 32bit crash

Im having a huge problem, I cant run any 32bit exe. I can run sfc /scannow and I can run any virus software. When my computer boots it says that all my startup 32 bit programs have crashed and I cant open anything unless it is 64 bit. Again I cant run virus software unless it is only 64 bit and I cant run sfc /scannow. It stops at 10%. Please help I really dot want to do a system restore or factory reset both of which I dont think will fix this anyway and I dont have the windows 7 cd. Please help asap

I would suggest that you Repair Install Windows 7. You can use steps 1-3 in Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to backup your important data and download the appropriate DVD for your licensed version of Windows 7. You want to download the Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit with SP1 ISO.

Ah, so it was a virus. How did you remove it, and are you absolutely sure it is 100% gone?
