BSOD "BAD_POOL_CALLER" when torrenting or using certain browsers

My laptop originally came with Vista 64 but a few months ago I installed Windows 7 32 bit (64 would not run for some reason). Since then I've been getting a BSOD pretty consistently when torrenting, or randomly when using either Chrome or IE--Firefox seems to work fine. I suspect the problem might stem from bad/outdated network drivers, but I really have no idea how to interpret the dump files, and if that is the case, how to go about finding good drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

These were all Related to RTL8187Se.sys RTL8187S PCIE NDIS Driver from Semiconductor Corporation. Yours is from Feb, 2009, I would re0install newest available driver,

Thanks! It looks like the last driver Gateway posted was in 2010, and it's only for Vista. Is there anywhere else I could look to find working drivers? I understand the laptop was only meant for Vista, but the problems I have when reverting back to Vista greatly outweigh this BSOD problem I'm finding in 7. Thanks again for your help, it's good to have the problem narrowed down--at least now I know I can just run a cable to the laptop as a last resort!.

I was able to find this driver on the Realtek website. It still says it's from 2009 when I check the installed driver in Device Manager, but so far no crashes while torrenting or browsing in Chrome. I want to wait and see if the problem persists, but for now it looks as though it might be solved.

If it works great. If it still crashes you may need to re-install that driver in compatibility mode

compat=right click the installer>properties>compatibility>choose OS (vista)
