Windows 7: Random shutdowns and error messages.

Hello my name is Tim. I bought a new computer almost one year ago
And it's not really working great. it shuts down and the screen goes blue almost everyday. Sometimes it's a different error message like 2 days ago i got a message saying something like "NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" it also mentioned a processor.
I have Win 7
Corsair H80 (cooling system)
8.00GB Ram
i5 2500k (Processor)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 (Graphicscard)
Asus p8p67 LE (Mainboard)

It can shut down at any time and recently it started to shut down while starting.
That means the light turns on and the fans start but then it stops completely and restarts like it couldn't handle it or something.
It's been this way a long time but it was almost nothing when i got it and it just get's worse.

my friend tells me too delete everything and start over like it was new but we've done that before and it still shuts down. since it's very hard to replecate the shutdown infront of someone who can fix it i can't get help. i though i needed to buy another fan or something) I've included the error message i get the most in the post. please help me /Tim
