    Two issues

    Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: Asus tek computer inc. -support- drivers and download p7p55d le

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K-VM

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

    Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (not before).

    Old drivers

    Code:
    ASACPI.sys 3/27/2005 10:30:36 PM
    BrSerId.sys 8/6/2006 9:51:11 PM
    BrUsbSer.sys 8/9/2006 8:11:02 AM
    wstbtndb.sys 12/17/2006 10:36:09 PM
    wdcsam64.sys 4/16/2008 4:39:08 AM
    L1E62x64.sys 6/11/2009 2:45:22 AM
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference Table

    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

With the information given, the best I can do is: You can find your drivers for your motherboard on ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support-

The Brother drivers: Drivers, utilities and software updates for your Brother Product

The Windows Longhorn DDK driver: Need help to download the Windows Codename Longhorn DDK driver - Operating Systems

Western Digital Drivers:WD Support / Downloads / Select Product

Atheros AR8121/AR8113/AR8114 PCI-E Ethernet Controller (NDIS6.20): ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support-

With the information I asked for through the link I gave: System Info - See Your System Specs , I can give you direct links to each driver. If you do not want to provide more information, you will have to do the work without our help to find each driver.

The Brother drivers and DDK drivers probably are not causing problems. We can find out later if they are, but based on experience, those types of drivers are usually okay. The most important drivers to update are your ASACPI and LAN/Atheros driver.

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P5KPL-CM -> OS: Windows 7 64bit -> LAN -> ATHEROS L1E Driver V1.0.0.45 for Windows 32bit XP/64bit XP/32bit Vista/64bit Vista/32bit Win7/64bit Win7 2009.09.23 update would take care of the Atheros drivers and ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P5KPL-CM -> OS: Windows 7 64bit -> Utilities -> ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit would take care of the ASACPI drivers.
