Random bsod x50 just did clean install

The one crashdump you provided is interesting. It says that a bad memory address was referenced, but the address itself looks completely legit. Unfortunately, it only looks that way. I cannot ascertain what memory it actually refers too without having access to a kernel dump (MEMORY.DMP in the Windows directory). Minidumps do not retain such info.

I perused your syslog and noticed a couple things. The first is that there appeared to be some issues with your AHCI/RAID drivers (Marvell) back on the 21st. Make sure to update these, as well as your BIOS, as these can cause problems. The second item is that while there is only one instance of a bugcheck, there are two instances where your system mentioned an unexpected shutdown. Having a syslog event like this without a correlating BSOD event means that the system shutdown either manually (you turned it off forcefully), or a hardware failure such as a power supply issue, an overheating CPU, a short, etc.

So far I haven't seen anything completely unusual. If you wish, turn on Driver Verifier. It will ensure we aren't dealing with a software issue here. Do not select Force Pending I/O Requests, IRP Logging, or Low Resource Sim checks. Restart PC after finishing up all settings. Driver Verifier will ensure we aren't dealing with a software issue here.

Also, in addition to this, if you have any software that came with your motherboard installed (like overclocking or monitoring), please uninstall all of it. They have a tendency to be very buggy and are not beneficial (OCing should only be done via BIOS). Only install device drivers from the manufacturer website. Also I know that some manufacturers like to slip some of the software into the Drivers section (like USB stuff). If you're not sure if something is software or an actual device driver, you may ask.

I will try turning on driver verifier, another thing of note sometimes on boot after a few min the computer will just freeze no blue screen no errors no restart simply freeze nothing can be done. Cannot pull up task manager mouse doesnt move. Its strange i ran diagnostic tools and the hardware claims to pass but im not sure now. But if it doesnt freeze within the first few min the computer works perfectly fine and I can game stream etc without any issues its only on a clean boot. Also once I turn on driver verifier what do i need to do or check after the restart.

Freezing with the mouse frozen as well is commonly a hardware failure of some sort. It's hard to ascertain exactly what though, since a number of hardware items can cause this. Commonly it's a CPU failure, in where the CPU reaches a state where it cannot escape from in order to produce a BSOD. It can also be caused by the video card in that the actual video output is frozen, but this is very seldom the case now with TDR built into Windows. Other causes are motherboard and PSU. I highly doubt memory has any part in this.

If you have anything overclocked, reset it to factory defaults. In addition, you may wanna check the temps on your CPU using something like HWInfo with Sensors only option checked. You can even log for us to view. I recommend 30 minutes idle and another log of at least 30 minutes high load, preferably that you get the PC to crash/lockup during the high load log.

Pretty much on first cold boot itll freeze or blue screen but after a restart everything works fine gaming streaming and all that, this time on boot up i got a blue screen xD1

I think it's time to push it through a battery of tests. Make sure to follow the length of time and specific tests for each:


RAM: Memtest86+ - 7+ passes
CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Large FFTs; overnight (9+ hours)
GPU: MemtestCL - Run twice (if any of the tests work on your GPU; ATI cards will need to install the ATI APP SDK as it requires OpenCL)
Drives: Seatools - All basic tests aside from the Fix all or the advanced ones.

All of these (excluding MemtestCL) are included in the UBCD if you prefer a Live CD environment (which is the best environment to test hardware on). Note that Prime95 currently does not work on the UBCD. Also, please provide us temps/voltages using HWInfo with Sensors only option checked. Log two 30-minute instances: one for idle, and one for high load, preferably crashing on the high load log. Reason why I ask this again is because the logs also produce voltage outputs and whatnot, which can help us ascertain if this is a PSU problem.
