BSOD in random moments, ntoskrnl.exe, different errors

Hey guys I'm new in forum.

    My hardware is
Notebook Dell Inspiron N5010 15R Alu
    Intel core i5-460M
    Ati Radeon HD5650 1GB
    4GB DDR3 1333MHz

I have my notebook for almost 2 years and I always had problems with bluescreens. Errors are always different, from KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED, BAD_POOL_CALLER to PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA or even PAGE_FAULT_BEYOND_END_OF_ALLOCATION. There is always a problem with ntoskrnl.exe and at start I also received problems with ntfs.sys.

I have already tested my HDD with chkdsk and memory with memtest / windows7 memory test. Both tests ended without any problems.

I had problems with cooling, when I was playing games GPU always had like 80+ Celsius degree or sometimes even 100 and instant shutdown. I've sent notebook few days ago on guarantee because of that temperature and they replaced my motherboard and heatsink with new ones. Bluescreen problem haven't dissapear though.

I have also tried to use verifier and testing non-microsoft drivers so after logging in I have bluescreen after 5-10 seconds and the problem is like I said PAGE_FAULT_BEYOND_END_OF_ALLOCATION.

I think that I have some problems with drivers but I don't know which one. I've already removed my graphic card drivers and installed the newest one from amd.ati website (12.3).
I need your help to repair that strange problem guys.
Here I give you my 2 minidumps:

Related to copperhd.sys Diamondback USB Optical Mouse Driver from Razer (Asia-Pacific) Pte Ltd. I would re-install newest. Yours is from 2009.

Well I already have the newest driver for my Razer Copperhead Chaos Green downloaded from here:
Razer Copperhead Windows 7 Driver v6.10 (English)
I see they are not upgrading drivers anymore for my mouse, even if I reinstalled this 6.10 version it is still a driver from 2009. Do you think that driver may cause a bsod?

Any driver from before July 2009 needs to be installed in compatibility mode and even then they may not work.

To install an older driver in win 7 you need to install it in compatibility mode.

To install in compatibility mode right click the installer, go to properties, then compatibility. Choose the appropriate OS

I reinstalled driver with compatibility mode choosing Windows 7 from list because when I tried to choose Windows XP it says the driver is only for Windows 7 :) I could also choose Vista instead of 7 but I think its the same?

What was the date on the driver?

If the driver is only for win 7, it doesnt need to be installed in compatibility mode.

As you may see from a link I gave it was "Razer Copperhead Windows 7 Driver v6.10 (English)".
Driver date was the same as the last one because like I said they haven't upgraded that driver after releasing windows 7 version driver.
