Just uploaded the latest dump file from April 30th. This one is after trying to run driver verifier and having to shut it off.

None of the recent ones were with driver verified enabled.
The newest crash dated 4/28/2012 still has asacpi.sys dated 2005. These all need to be updated before we can check the underlying problem.

- compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
- visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
- if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.

That's because as I stated earlier, I could not boot the machine with driver verifier enabled and had to shut it off.
I'm not sure why it reverted back to the 2005 driver for asacpi.sys. Could something have caused that?
As far as drivers, is the link to the asapci.sys driver compatible with my system even thought I don't have that motherboard? It is not available as a download for the motherboard I do have:

Your experience may benefit others having similar problems.
