No problem. :) Report back if no integrity violations are found on the first run.
    Thanks! :)
No violations were found, what to do?

Do you have your windows key on your keyboard enabled? If you start Windows, and you press Windows Key + R, do you get a run dialog box?

I do have it enabled and when 'logged in' and I press the Windows + R keys I do not get a run dialog box.

Do I need to /sfc/scannow/... again?

I was hoping to help you get into msconfig to determine if it is an application or service conflicting with explorer.exe

Go through the steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot and see if they allow you to resolve the problem. Carefully follow all steps (minus the SFC step since you already ran that).

Thanks very much for the link, I will take every plausible step to ressurect my computer, I will update this post when I need some additional information or when it worked.

As of right now I am probably transfering all my files using the Paragon File transferer via CD and reinstalling windows with a W7 iso file and reactivating W7.

Thanks for all the help so far!

I reinstalled Windows 7 and fortunately, even though I had backed up my files, windows kept all my data in the windows.old folder, so no harm has been done except most of my games do not work and I have to reinstall them.
But thats a small price to pay.

    Thanks very much Writh!
