I found a number of suspicious items, but nothing definitive. You may wanna turn on Driver Verifier. For the DV checks you should not select, they are Force Pending I/O Requests, IRP Logging, and Low Resource Sim. Everything else should be on. Send us any resulting crashdumps from any BSODs you may experience after DV is active (remember to restart after you set up everything in DV to save changes).

As for the suspicious items, I noticed you have Asus Data Security Manager, Symantec, and what appears to be Bitlocker, all on at the same time. Note only are your drivers out of date, I can see these three conflicting with each other easily. You will want to remedy that by updating the Symantec software (or removing it) as well as the Asus drivers from their website. Focus on chipset and HD drivers for updating. BIOS may also be an issue here since the BIOS is from 2010.

Also, since this all is very commonly appearing to be drive-based issues, you may want to run Seatools on your drive(s) just in case. Run all basic tests and self test.
