Have you replaced AVG with MSE? AVG Remover to uninstall, and then download and install Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows to test.

I just switched and have not experienced any BSOD as of yet. I will post again if they come back. Thanks for all your help!
What is it about AVG that causes them as compared to MSE?

AVG uses more system resources than MSE. MSE is one of the lightest, if not the lightest, antivirus programs available; plus it is the most stable because it was developed by Microsoft to work with their Windows systems.

After so long without one, I just had it happen again, even with MSE installed. Attached is the necessary info.
Thanks for your help!

And

possibly causing conflicts. You may want to turn off the Cisco startup item and any Cisco services in msconfig: Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup. At least disable them when you are not using the adapter.
