Don't worry about the Silicone Image stuff - just leave it as is and we'll see what happens.
The Siremfill.sys and SiWinacc.sys are a part of the installation package (you can look them up at Driver Reference Table or use the links below the driver listing).

No need to remove any registry entries. It may spit errors because it's not there - but it won't cause a crash.
As for removing winfldrv.sys safely, please do this:
    - create a System Restore point
    - create a System Repair Disc (Start...All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc)
    - Test the System Repair Disc and make sure that you can access System Restore by using the disc.

    Then,
    - use Autoruns to disable any instances of winfldrv.sys (you downloaded it for the jcgriff2 report)
    - rename any instances of winfldrv.sys to winfldrv. BAD
    - Uninstall any devices related to Folder Lock 6 or winfldrv.sys (check in Hidden Devices also)

Do the same thing for the uGuru drivers/devices

If the system refuses to boot, then use the System Repair Disc to go into System Restore and reset the system to the System Restore Point that you made in the beginning.

Added a dmp file - bsod happened 5 minutes after i started 4 copies of memtest34a(each testing 1150mb ram).
Other programs were running as well.

    Ok, did as you said.
Autoruns doesn;t show anything related to winfldrv.sys(it does however still appear in the registry)
Uguru is gone-however now it (it is probably it) comes up in other devices as unknown device.I checked the admin events and it still reports Uguru as failing to load.
Regarding folder lock devices- i can;t find anything related to it.

Also, just before i was ready to post this i had one more irql not less or equal bsod and i attach.(it's starting to feel as if the problems are because of faulty ram or faulty slot)

and added a second bsod dmp

I prefer Memtest86+ from here: Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

I had many problems with my RocketRAID card. So many that I stopped using RAID altogether (shortly after Win7 came out). Your driver dates from 2009 also - so I suspect problems because of that.

As I stated earlier, to rule out the 3rd party drivers you'll have to update all drivers from 2009 and earlier.
The only exceptions to this are the video drivers and antivirus drivers - they must be the latest available from the nVidia and BitDefender websites (that's what I presume that you're using).

These are the older drivers that need updating (I've left the 2 Silicone Image drivers out):
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=rr26xx.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=VMkbd.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=snapman.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=ISODrv64.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=RtNdPt60.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=vmnetbridge.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=VMNET.SYS
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=vmx86.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=hcmon.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=vmci.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=atksgt.sys

    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=vstor2-ws60.sys
    http://www.carrona.org/drivers/driver.php?id=LGBusEnum.sys

Most are related to VMWare, so updating that program is a priority.

Running Driver Verifier again (according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings ) will give us more info on hardware vs software issues.

Ok i have proceeded with above steps(i actually went on to remove a couple software like acronis disk director, which actually proved a pain in the ass due to the OS selector that screws up the MBR really bad).
The only device which couldn;t been further updated was the rocketraid - this driver is actually the latest one...
Anyway, i have verifier set up and running now and waiting to crash!(45 mins now)
I have to tell you that the pc in general has been quite stressed up over the years
    e.g
    QX6700 @ 3.6mhz(1000mhz overclock on a qx6700)
as you realise this meant quite a raise of the voltages:
    vcore @ 1.475
mch @ 1.85(the aw9d-max actually undervolts so it;s quite a safe(:S) voltage but it did produce quite some heat to the mosfets and the chipset)
ddr2vtt @ 2.20v - 4x2gb has been quite stressful for the board-(for the time being i am running only 4gb of ram till we figure out the problem) - timings were different depending on clocks

(prior to the QX6700 there was an E6600 and also an E8400 - both seriously clocked)
Mind you this board has been up and running since october 2006(all cooling parts on it have been changed ofcourse but still.......so it could be giving up after all this torture...

Sorry, but I don't fiddle with voltages. If the system isn't at stock values, then it's possible that our troubleshooting may not be accurate. Overvolted/overclocked RAM can overheat - and usually there isn't a sensor to display this fact.

Also, the overheating/overclocking can damage the RAM (and other components) so it's possible that that is causing problems.

    Please:
    - return the system to stock values
    - run ALL of the hardware diagnostics here: Hardware Diagnostics

That will tell us if there's any obvious hardware problems - and we can proceed from there.

All clocks are default - i just wanted you to know that the system has been overclocked alot over the years, but right now everything is at stock values.
    I'll run the diagnostics nevertheless.
    I just finished a memtest86 - 2 passes - no errors.

Thanks! It'll give us a good base to work from. Ruling out hardware is the first thing that we do at work - and it saves us a lot of effort!

No BSOD yet, but i have had 3-4 self-restarts.The pc just shut off and restarted whilst running intel burn test and once while in idle mode and attempted to start firefox-same thing.
