F4 usually indicates a hard disk problem; it could be data corruption, a bad disk, a loose connection between the disk and motherboard, corrupted controller drivers, or even a virus. If you fill in your system specs and follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html (which you can do in safe mode with networking), it would really help us to narrow down the problem and provide more specific troubleshooting. If you prefer to give up, that is an option, but you did come on here asking for help, so we are doing our best with the information given.
