    0x101 BSOD and Random Freezes

    0x101 BSOD and Random Freezes

I was wondering if anyone could help me diagnose a load of random BSODs and complete system freezes I have had. I keep finding that the system both randomly freezes completely and shows a BSOD 0x101 error. The only pattern I have noticed is that it seems to happen most when the computer is in use. It has happend at least 20 times so far but only once when I wasn't using the computer.

Here is what I have tried so far:
    Reinstalled Windows (Twice)
    Memtest (No Errors)
    BIOS Update
    Stress Testing CPU and GPU

    System specs:
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Motherboard
    Intel i5 2500K - Not OC'd, Quad-Core
    8GB Komputerbay RAM
ATI Raedon 5870 HD Graphics Card
On the unlikely offchance that it matters:
    Samsung HD103SJ 1TB Hard Drive
Western Digital 500GB Hard Drive (Not quite sure what model)
    Cyborg RAT3 Mouse
    HP KU-0316 Keyboard
    950W Corsair PSU

I am not an expert on this but it seems to me that the random system freezes might be a driver locking up the main core and the BSODs might be the driver locking up a secondary core. I have disabed extra cores in the BIOS to see if this makes a difference hence why it might say that I only have one core in some of the uploaded data. Any help with this would be great because it is getting really anoying.

Here are the full BSOD details:
    Code:
    Bug Check Code : 0x00000101
    Parameter 1 : 00000000`00000031
    Parameter 2 : 00000000`00000000
    Parameter 3 : fffff880`009eb180
    Parameter 4 : 00000000`00000001
    Crash Address : ntoskrnl.exe+7cc80
    UPDATE:
Just thought I would say that I seem to have found a fix for this. I noticed that a lot of people with the same motherboard had the same problem I did. An overclocker told me to set the core voltage to fixed 1.2v. After doing this my system seems to be much more stable. I will write another update if the issue returns because it can be a bit intermittent but hopefully this solves it. I won't be buying another Asrock board in future.

    FINAL UPDATE:
So it has been 2 weeks and the problem seems completely gone.
