While we are waiting for your memtest results please run a chdkdsk

Disk Check

I ran a memtest for a little over 2 hours for 4 passes and found 0 errors.

I ran a chkdsk following the link you gave me using Option 1 and found no errors.

I think I'm going to reformat and I will post back in this thread if BSOD continues.
