BSOD - possible Symantec pcAnywhere 12.5

    Hi,

I am having problems with our users machines, whereby the will crash and blue screen. I believe this to be when connecting to our computers via Symantec pcAnywhere. This doesn't happen on every occasion however when it does it is very frustrating.

    Please find attached the logs.

    - Windows 7 Pro x86
    - OEM
    - Hardware is less than 6 months old (J2 650/680 retail system)
    - OS was installed 1 week ago, along with system drivers etc

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    James

These were indeed related to your PC Anywhere. Equal parts of it is an unstable app (whose code has been release so scan with malwarebytes) and because your version is from 2007. It has to be updated to July 2009 or newer.

Were it me I would switch to team viewer.
