First, remove both of these:
Code:
ssscheduler.exe	c:\program files (x86)\mcafee security scan\2.0.181\ssscheduler.exe	3448	8	200	1380	13/05/2012 17:22	2.0.181.0	249,55 KB (255.536 bytes)	15/01/2010 13:49
vipappservice.exe	c:\program files (x86)\symantec\vip access client\vipappservice.exe	6256	8	200	1380	13/05/2012 17:23	2.0.1.91	82,12 KB (84.088 bytes)	13/04/2011 14:58

Your crashes are mostly network based, so I suspect the above is at least contributing.

I also see a ONDA dc enumerator based crash. Update the drivers for that device.

You may also have some system corruption occurring within Windows.
  • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

  • Check Windows for corruption. Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker up to three times to fix all errors with a restart in between each. Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations. Use OPTION THREE of SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker to provide us with the sfcdetails.txt file if errors occur.

Ciao writhziden!
I'm sorry, i'll say upfront, I'm totally a n00b in this!
I disinstalled both program, thanks for the advice.
I don't know what overclocking means, but from what i see from a google search, i don't do it(as a matter o fact i would not know how to do it anyhow)
ONDA is my internet key, so i'll upload the drivers!
I wil let you know if it works, thanks!
By the way, i tried to run a memory check a few times but it never worked ( my screen becomes black as soon as i restart and it never gets to the memory check). What could it be?
thanks again!
