Repeated BSOD on PC Build Win 7 Ult 64bit

Im at my last resort with this PC Build. I initially built this PC 1/21 with Win XP to run an Allen & Heath ZED 12FX Mixer. I recently upgraded to Win 7 Ult 64bit and the machine is no longer stable Constantly BSOD.

So Im uploading these files to figure out if I need to purchase a new mother board... Ive added an aftermarket cpu cooler, several fans and new PS.

OS Win 7 Ultimate x64
CPU AMD Athon II X3 Processor
Motherboard Gigabyte MA770T-UD3
Memory ADATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB (2 x 2GB)
Graphics Card(s) EVGA Geforce 8400GS
Sound Card TC Electronic Konnekt 8
Monitor(s) Displays Dell 15in
PSU RAIDMAX RX-500AF
Case COOLER MASTER Elite RC-330-KKR1
Cooling COOLER MASTER Hyper TX3 RR-910-HTX3-G1

PLEASE HELP!!!

All crashes appear to be caused by your TC Electronics driver TCNear.sys, part of TC NEAR: Audio Interface software. Recommend uninstalling the software. If you need it, try downloading the latest version and installing it again. You may have had a corrupted install.

Thank you for taking the time to check that... Whoa every single crash ()! I removed and reinstalled the driver... Im glad because I havent been able to use this machine in a while and I have a few tweaks that I want to add to this system, but Im gonna wait a week or 2 because I need a rocksolid reliable machine for Audio Recording...
