MY pc just froze again but this time just before the freeze it gave me like the grain effect where my mouse would be, then froze completely. I just checked my DMP file and its still shows the same date as the one i uploaded before, i uploaded it anyway
Thats because its the same DMP as before? There was no updated DMP after my freeze, unless its not supposed to update? Also i already showed you my screenshot where the date clearly says 2009. Any ideas why the dmp says 2005?
I think i didnt get a new DMP because i had to turn my computer off manually. Since if i dont, my PC will just freeze, no BSOD, no restart, no matter how long i leave it frozen

Froze again, no updated dmp, no bsod, just a freeze. Any ideas? Sorry for the double post
So no more crashes just freezes? If so
Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:
Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here.
Yes, just freezes. There is no set pattern either, i can just be on my desktop or in a game, or browsing the web and will freeze randomly forcing me to hard restart.
You have a number of:Code:Log Name: System Source: Service Control Manager Date: 5/18/2012 11:15:59 AM Event ID: 7000 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: Matt-PC Description: The NVIDIA Update Service Daemon service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not start due to a logon failure. None of the above appear to be causing your freezes, but fixing them is a good place to start.
Fixed both those errors, Should i just wait for a freeze? Or is there anything else we can do to pin point the cause? Thanks for your help
