BSOD (IRQL driver error) on ejecting CD when using dbpoweramp

    Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Pre-installed on system (Dell XPS 14z)
All updates automatically downloaded, including SP1
    Bought computer within last month.

Problem occurs when using dbpoweramp to rip CDs into .flac files; program rips ok but then causes BSOD when CD ejects (whether manually or automatically).

Zip files attached as per posting instruction (I hope).

I can work out that it's an ntoskrnl.exe issue, but I don't have the tech skills to get beyond that point, still less to work out how to repair it.

I have downloaded Nirsoft's BlueScreenView and DriverView x-64 and can provide more info from them if that helps.

All help gratefully received - please take it slow though!

I have solved the problem by reference to the dbpoweramp forums; turns out there is a Beta version (14.3 beta) which resolves the issue - apparently there is a bug in the Intel Storage Matrix driver...

    Phew!

Thanks for posting back. Hadn't heard or seen that, but if it resolved your problem, that is all that matters.
