bond,
I wish I could wave a magic wand for you.
GregRocker has given you very sound and very experienced advice.
If you really would like to know about TFC and ComboFix, then I recommend that you check with our security experts in the Security forum here.
I wish you good luck!
Yeah, a magic wand would have been very usefull for all of us.
I agree with you.
I will run TFC and ComboFix and post my results as soon as my ext. hard drive is fixed.
thanks:)
No NoelDP that is not causing any problem and i am sure about it.
Hi gregrocker i did all those steps after getting my ext. hard drive fixed but now windows can not update,it has become slower ,old problem of language still persists and system restore does not work .
Now can you tell me how can i rollback these changes unpleasant changes.
thanks
You've backed up all of your files externallyl?
Then I would wipe the HD with Diskpart Clean Command
then Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Read the steps to ask back any questions.
You only have to do this once and get it right since you can then save a Win7 backup image to use in place of future reinstalls if you become fatally infected again or Win7 otherwise becomes unbootable.
I tried to do reinstallation but everytime this error would come
windows boot manager
windows failes to start a recent hardware or software change might be the cause
status 0xc0000225
boot selection failed because required device is inaccessible.
