Interesting that you ask in a win 7 forum. We are not set up to handle XP issues but I can tell you the following

These are related to memory corruption. You also need to install SP-3.

These things "may" be contributing to the crashes

Your avast. remove and replace with MSE

Avast can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S . Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

http://files.avast.com/files/eng/aswclear5.exe

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

Dtsoftbus01.sys (related to daemon tools) also a known cause of BSOD's. You also have sptd.sys BOTH Need to be removed
remove and replace

Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure - Downloads DuplexSecure - FAQ

when you're done you can use this Freeware:

MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM (MagicDisc) in its place

Using MagicISO to create ISO image files

Your VM software is at least 2 years old.
